Driving growth through local innovation The new centre is designed to enhance the company's capabilities in India's rapidly growing solar market. It will host larger support and engineering teams and play a crucial role in developing products suited to local needs. Sanjay Puri, Country Manager, SolarEdge India, said, "India continues to be one of the most dynamic and promising solar markets globally. With the launch of our new R&D and Technology Center, we are not only investing in infrastructure but also in talent and innovation that will drive the next phase of solar growth in the region." A hub for global and local collaboration In addition to aiding SolarEdge's global innovation efforts, the Bengaluru facility will serve as a key point of collaboration with Indian partners, distributors, and customers. Since setting up its India office in 2017, SolarEdge has offered a comprehensive range of solar solutions, including PV inverters, power optimisers, storage systems, and cloud-based monitoring, supporting residential, commercial, and small utility projects across the country.
