Source: Soft Trac BlogAbila has identified an issue in Abila MIP Fund AccountingTM version 2017.1, causing a delay when accessing or entering Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices. A full description of the issue is included in Knowledgebase Article #18001. This currently affects all customers who have already installed MIP 2017.1.Again, please refer to Knowledgebase Article #18001 where you can get the new file along with installation instructions. After the file install, customers should not experience any further issues. Customers who have not installed MIP 2017.1, should do so and then download and install the fix.You will need a current Abila Maintenance and Support (M&S) plan as well as login access to the Knowledgebase to download the update. If you are not yet registered, you can click the "support chat" option from the main screen and request login access.
