Smith Hulsey & Busey has elected Joseph Rogan as a shareholder in the firm effective January 1, 2020. Rogan’s practice focuses on the resolution of complex business disputes. His experience includes representing clients in banking, finance and fiduciary relationships and in the property management, development, logistics and construction industries. Before practicing law, Rogan served eight years in the Military Police Corps of the U.S. Army Reserve.
