SkyWave Mobile Communications: ORBCOMM completes SkyWave deal

Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions provider ORBCOMM reports that it has completed the acquisition of Canadian firm SkyWave, the largest M2M service provider on Inmarsat's L-band satellite network.
