Leonard Wilf of Skyline Developers revealed plans for a 24-story Midtown residential project in permits filed with the city. The structure, at 1050 Sixth Avenue between 39th and 40th Streets just south of Bryant Park, will be designed by Gene Kaufman and include 61 units spanning 56,784 square feet, for an average of under 1,000 square feet per residence.
