Zall Aviation Industry (Wuhan) Co. has completed the first production of a Skyleader 600 aircraft in Wuhan, the capital of central China’s Hubei province, and there are plans to develop the city as a hub for the country’s general aviation industry, the company said in a press briefing yesterday.
