Sitejabber: Review Platform Sitejabber Inflated Clients' Ratings, FTC Alleges

Sitejabber allegedly boosted its e-commerce clients' ratings by soliciting, and then posting, reviews from people who had made online purchases but hadn't yet received their merchandise, the Federal Trade Commission alleged Tuesday.
