The house doesn't come with a clothes washer/dryer or refrigerator, so we had to source those appliances ourselves. The LG washer/dryer pair was an unbelievable deal from a friend of a family friend, and the Samsung french door refrigerator was an amazing find at a Sears Outlet (which Lauren's "Grammy" generously helped us pay for).-Kevin
