BETH THOMAS HERTZ - The expansion helped allow the family-owned Ravenna wholesale food distributor to launch a food processing business and eye a new market. The 60,000-square-foot addition provides space for expanded product storage areas, 13 new truck docks, environmentally friendly office space and a 2,500-square-foot freezer.
