Simtek Fence: CertainTeed adds to fence business with SimTek deal
Building products maker CertainTeed Corp. is acquiring SimTek Fence for an undisclosed price. Utah-based SimTek's rotomolded HDPE products will complement CertainTeed's PVC offerings.
