Ryan Homes plans to build 251 units on this 30 acre parcel which is located just 1.5 miles from uptown Charlotte. Simonini Group has been selected to provide land development, monument entrance and amenity construction services. Land development work is now underway. Bryant Park will feature a park with a gazebo, outdoor grill area, children's playground and doggie park.
