Microcontroller unit (MCU) manufacturer Hycon Technology will officially merge with IC design house Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) on January 1, 2025. With the support of wafer foundry United Microelectronics (UMC), Hycon expects to see operations and gross margin grow in 2025.
