Side By Side Stuff: One of KC's frequent Inc. 5000 members sells to Florida company

A local company that has become a regular on the Inc. 5000 list has sold to Florida-based Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co. LLC. Nivel acquired Drexel-based Side By Side Stuff, an aftermarket parts and accessories marketer for the utility terrain vehicle (UTV) retail market. The sale also included Side by Side Stuff subsidiary Octane Ridge, a distributor of off-road products, such as wheels, winches and cab enclosures. Financial details were not disclosed.
