Shapiro's Delicatessen has reached an agreement to license its dining experience and name in Ohio. The first location will be in Blue Ash, Ohio, a northeast suburb of Cincinnati. The restaurant will be a combination of the flagship restaurant in downtown Indianapolis and also its casual Twisted Tradition concept. The model will feature the most popular items and updated sandwiches and other dishes from the Twisted Tradition concept, along with Shapiro's traditional favorites. A catering department will serve events and group business lunches. Shapiro's- Blue Ash is expected to open in the spring of 2017.
