LONDON (Alliance News) - Sand Grove Capital Management LLP doubled its holding in technology firm Servelec Group PLC to 10.9% in a transaction last Wednesday, it was announced Thursday.
Sand Grove built a 7.6 million shareholding through equity contracts for difference, equivalent to a 10.9% share of total voting rights. Prior to the transaction, Sand Grove held just 5.0% of total voting rights.
Shares in Servelec were 1.0% lower at 313.00 pence on Thursday.
