Sensorconcepts: Raptor Scientific Acquires Sensor Concepts

Newport Beach-based Raptor Scientific, a provider of testing and measurement products for the aerospace and defense market, said on Wednesday that it has acquired Sensor Concepts, Inc.. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Sensor Concepts is a provider of products used for radar cross-section (RCS) measurements. Raptor Scientific is owned by private equity firm L Squared Capital Partners, which founded the company in 2019.
