Houston-based Sencha, which develops software development tools, said this week that it has released a new version of its flagship Ext JS software. According to Sencha, its new Ext JS 7.0 JavaScript framework includes a number of updates and additions to its tools, which are used by web developers to develop user interfaces (UI). Sencha's toolkit makes it easier for developers of web applications to develop their apps, by providing pre-built components and plug-ins, such as forms, menus, toolbars, and more, which reduce the amount of time developers need to develop features. Pricing on the upgraded set of tools was not announced. Sencha is a part of Idera.
Sencha is a web application development platform that allows companies to design, develop and test cross-platform applications for desktops and tablets.
