Segmento: MTS bought Segmento to increase its share in the advertising market

PJSC MTS (MOEX: MTSS), a digital ecosystem, announced that its subsidiary Stream (LLC Stream) has closed the acquisition of 100% of Segmento (LLC Segmento) from Sistema_VC ( controlled by AFK Sistema). As a result of the transaction, MTS will strengthen its own advertising circuit and strengthen its position on the AdTech market.
