The Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) has released the findings of its second Energy Pro3 Report, conducted by the Cadmus Group. The report evaluated the economic performance of SEEA's 16-city energy efficiency retrofit consortium from 2010 to 2013.
