We have successfully completed the migration of the Cedar Rapids call center to the inContact/NICE platform. This was a pretty big project for us and we are happy to report it was executed with no impact to your customers. With all three of our call centers (Cedar Rapids, Raleigh & Huntsville) on inContact, we have the capability for full redundancy to ensure your calls are answered. At this time no changes have been made to where calls route, but we will be exploring how best to serve you and your customers in the months to come.
