Oxford, Miss., Jan. 7, 2016 -- Security Card Services (SCS) has announced Michael Lindsey has joined the organization as the Executive Vice President of the Merchant Outreach Center. Lindsey has more than 26 years of financial services, payments and operational expertise, and comes to SCS from BancorpSouth where he most recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer. During his time at BancorpSouth, Lindsey grew their call center from 16 employees handling 21,000 calls per month to 110 employees supporting 150,000 calls per month.
