SecureState: RSM to expand consulting in information security with acquisition of Cleveland's SecureState

Jeremy Nobile - RSM is one of the largest accounting firms in the U.S. and the seventh-largest in the Northeast Ohio market by total number of CPAs. The deal diversifies RSM's service offerings and adds about 50 people, as all of SecureState staff are expected to transition to RSM upon the deal's expected close date on March 1. SecureState CEO Ken Stasiak will join RSM as a consulting principal.
