FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - Feb 11, 2014) - Seabulk Tankers, Inc. ("Seabulk"), a wholly owned subsidiary of SEACOR Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CKH), entered into a contract to construct one 185,000 barrel coastal chemical & petroleum Articulated Tug and Barge (ATB) unit. The barge will be constructed by DonJon Shipbuilding and the tug will be constructed by BAE Systems. Delivery is expected in the first half of 2016.
