PITTSBURGH (Tuesday, March 8, 2016) - Super early right now. 4.00 a.m. Here I am, contemplating how to get the season back on track after a disappointing Week 5. The good news is that yesterday I had a good solid day. I hit the gym. I cleansed all day yesterday too. I ate clean for 20 hours. I scarfed somewhat of a good main meal too. As a result, the scale went down. Not back to my low point for the year, but the scale went down enough, and that is the first time the scale did that since early last week.
