PITTSBURGH (Thursday, Jan. 28) - Ah, so far things are going well on the newer harder dieting goals - my Daily Gameday Objective (DGO) of limiting myself to calories needed to lose 2 pounds per week. Dare I say, I am gaining traction. I feel like it is doable and I have hope. I am learning that weighing my food on my cool new perfect portions food scale, really helps. I didn't realize how much was how much, until I started stacking food on that scale. Jeez. It opened my eyes.
