Scissors & Scotch: Scissors & Scotch plans new HQ, training center in Crossroads Arts District

Scissors & Scotch aspires to establish a new Kansas City base and create a "billboard" for new-to-town franchisees it will train in a historic building it recently acquired in the Crossroads Arts District.
