Sandberg Kessler Architecture & Engineering PC: LaBella Associates acquires Jamestown firm

LaBella Associates has increased its Upstate New York footprint by acquiring one of the oldest Jamestown-based architecture firms. The Rochester-based LaBella has purchased Sandberg Kessler Architecture P.C. Terms were not disclosed. As part of the deal, all eight Sandberg Kessler employees have been retained.
