Safilo Group: Safilo Group S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting Approves the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024

The Shareholders' Meeting of Safilo Group S.p.A., held on April 24 in a single session, approved the company's statutory financial statements and the board of directors' management report for the financial year 2024, and also reviewed the consolidated financial statements and the consolidated sustainability report pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 125/2024.
