Peter S. Sachs is one of three attorneys at Sachs Sax Caplan and among the first in the state to become Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Condominium and Planned Development Law. This new field was established by the Florida Bar in 2016 and the first certifications were issued this year. Board Certification is the Florida Bar’s highest evaluation of competency and recognizes attorneys with special knowledge, skills and proficiency in a specific type of law.
