Ruby: Ashley Madison parent files settlement in class-action lawsuit

Ruby Corp., the parent company of the Ashley Madison website, will pay $11.2 million to settle a class-action lawsuit related to a data breach that exposed information stolen from the dating website for those seeking extramarital affairs. Terms of the proposed settlement were filed Friday in St. Louis federal court, the Wall Street Journal reports. A hearing on the settlement is scheduled for Friday.
