Rosetti Properties, owner and manager of more than 1,000 apartments, has acquired the nearly 40-acre West Shaker Farm on Watervliet Shaker Road in Colonie. The property is located next door to George's Market, the former Shaker Shed Farm & Market, that Rosetti Properties purchased two years ago. The latest acquisition closed Monday.
