Jersey Mikes Subs to host 'Day of Giving' in partnership with Ronald McDonald house BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET)- Jersey Mikes Subs is partnering with the Ronald McDonald house of Bakersfield on their 'Day of Giving' on March 26. The 'Day of Giving' was created to raise money for local charities in the United States including hospitals, youth organizations, food banks and more. Bakersfield Card Expo shows off the hobby - and business - of card collecting In total, this annual event has raised $113 million since their start in 2011. They hope to break their biggest record in one day of $25 million. Givers can participate by ordering from Jersey Mikes Subs in store or online. Each customer will be asked to round up their total as well. 100% of the sales made will be donated to the Bakersfield Ronald McDonald house.
