Ridgeroadpartners: Large mixed-use development including 500-plus residential units proposed in Monroe

Ridge Road Partners LLC is proposing a mixed-use development in Monroe called The Ridge at 601. City documents show the project calls for 307 apartments, 215 townhomes, a 48,000-square-foot grocery store, a 150-room hotel and retail and restaurant space.
