The Small Business Administration has named Alex Harb, founder of Wichita’s Ribbit Computers retail and repair business, its Small Business of the Year for Kansas. Harb, a Wichita State University graduate who immigrated from Lebanon, started Ribbit in 2004. It now has five locations. Harb also held a grand opening last week for a Golden Corral restaurant he opened in Raymore, Mo., though he says the SBA award only focuses on his computer business.
