Reef Ecologic is excited to confirm that the highly acclaimed International Coral Reef Management & Leadership Program will be running again in 2017. Thanks to support from the Australian Awards Fellowship Program (through Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade), Reef Ecologic will be hosting current and emerging coral reef leaders from across the globe in two 2-week programs spanning 6-26 November 2017. With headquarters in Townsville, the program will expose coral reef managers from the Caribbean, Asia-Pacific and Indian Ocean regions to the latest science and contemporary reef management practices, and build their capacity to lead in the face of unprecedented change. The program also facilitates invaluable knowledge sharing and networking among participants, strengthening the global community of practice that is essential to our collective efforts to help coral reefs survive the challenges ahead.
