Redflex: Redflex (ASX:RDF) one step away from takeover by Verra Mobility

14 May 2021 - Traffic surveillance specialist Redflex (ASX:RDF) has received the second last tick of approval from the Federal Court of Australia for an acquisition by US-listed Smart transportation firm Verra Mobility Corporation. The takeover scheme of arrangement for the $144 million vehicle tracking solutions provider is now pending the last approval from the General Authority for Competition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (GAC).
