RCC: Rockingham brewing program gets boost from N.C. Tobacco Trust Fund

A fund designed to help North Carolinians transition away from the fading tobacco industry is helping pave the way for an industry on the rise - craft brewing. The N.C. Tobacco Trust Fund Commission has awarded $50,000 to Rockingham Community College for its Center for Brewing Sciences in downtown Eden that opened in 2013.
