Rapide: Dennis Fois Named Rapide's New CEO

United Kingdom-based customer engagement technology provider Rapide recently announced that it has appointed Dennis Fois as its new CEO. Fois, who was previously vice president, EMEA at eGain, will lead the company's aggressive focus on penetrating new markets both in domestically and abroad.
