Ram Power: Polaris Infrastructure Files Corrected Q3 Financial Statements

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - November 16, 2015) - Polaris Infrastructure Inc. (TSX: PIF) ("Polaris Infrastructure" or the "Company"), has re-filed its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 (the "Q3 Financial Statements"). The previously filed Q3 Financial Statements omitted the "Change in decommissioning liabilities," "Additions to exploration and development" and "Additions to geothermal properties" line items in the Company's interim condensed consolidated statements of cash flows. The Q3 Financial Statements have been re-stated to include such missing line items. The various totals and sub-totals as presented in the statements of cash flows remain unchanged following the inclusion of previously omitted line items and the changes are not viewed as material in nature. No other changes have been made to the previously filed Q3 Financial Statements and the related management's discussion and analysis for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 is unaffected by these changes.read more
