Ranking Vancouver was spear-headed by Matthias Werder, our visiting artist from Zurich, Switzerland, and developed in collaboration with the Radix Collective. The show took inspiration from the ranking of the world's cities, (in which Zurich and Vancouver often score highly) and trying to find the story behind those rankings.Audience members listened to a soundtrack in a classroom in the Vancouver Community College as they watched a combination of fictional and non-fictional actions unfold on the street.
