R1Soft Blog Why We Redesigned Server Backup Manager's UI for Enhanced UX

User experience (UX) encompasses the interaction our partners have with our server backup product. Here at R1Soft, we can't be successful unless our partners are successful and, because of that, one of our company-wide goals is to ensure that our customers have the best possible interaction when working with our backup solution. More importantly, we strive to make sure the product is simple enough to use that it supports partners' work rather than hinder it.Earlier this year, the design team at Continuum, our parent company, was tasked with creating a new user interface (UI) for the Server Backup Manager (SBM) in an effort to improve the experience for all of our partners. The resdesign of the SBM has been a long but rewarding process, and as with all our endeavors, feedback from users was central to producing the much improved UI we're excited to deliver to you in the coming weeks.
