QID: QuantumID adds $2.5M for RFID technology

QuantumID Technologies Inc., a turnkey RFID-focused technology firm in Cambridge, has raised $2.5 million of a planned $4.3 million equity offering, according to a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
