Congrats to everyone for the best they put into The DCPune2015 specially our Sponsors, Organizers and Sessions speakers.To make the event Student and business friendly, Internship Fair was organised for sponsors to attract students for a career in Drupal, this was a great success with over 150+ students participating in internship drive.Those of who don't know about our Internship program are welcome to visit our website www.qed42.com and can also follow us on Twitter and Facebook page to keep a track of programs like this cause we are a company full of opportunities looking for just the right talent.The DCPune2015 was kicked off by the highly acclaimed Keynote speaker Jacob Singh who talked about Drupal as an evolutionary organism and the benefits that come out of it, the talk had lot of interesting analogies from the animal kingdom.Following that was a series of sessions by some of the prominent members of Drupal India community, from QED42 Ajit and Piyuesh talked to a packed room about D8 plugin system;where-as Naveen Valecha part of Drupal.org infrastructure team and Git admin talked about secure code and strategies and Saket kumar extended Prasad Shirgaonkar's D8 workshop by giving hands on lesson on D8 theming.The sponsor booths engaged the attendees in fun activities, check out some pictures from our booth.To conclude the day 1, QED42 and Drupal community kicked off the camp fatigue with help of beer and dance floor at the after party, a tradition to reconnect with old friends from Drupal communityThe next day of the event was seen with a no of code sprints that were lined up to discuss and resolve some of the issues faced by the Drupal Developers. There were approx 20+ patches contributed with 7+ contributors who submitted their very first patch. Apart from this there was installation profile setup seen in Drupal 8 for camp site that was done by Sumit Madan from QED42 and Ajit Shinde was seen mentoring a batch of 30-40 newbies on creating patches, finding issues and helping them to resolve it .As they say "All good things must come to an end " so had the DCPune2015 came to an end after two days full of Drupal -Mania. QED42 had a great time with rest of the Drupal community during the preparation for the camp, be it meeting new people from the Drupal community or the fun that ensued in planning huddles.Look forward to meeting you all in Drupalcon Asia and upcoming camps.
