A local Memphis pizza joint opened its third location this month. Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza already had locations at 2035 Union Ave. and 1199 Ridgeway Road, and the recently added 2286 North Germantown Parkway pizzeria debuted on Dec. 5. Robert Sloan of The Shopping Center Group confirmed Pyro's has signed a lease for space in a shopping center at Houston Levee and Poplar Avenue in Collierville. A manager at the restaurant said more locations are planned, but did not give specifics.
