Providence Point, a senior living community in Scott Township, expects to have its 80-unit apartment expansion completed by 2019. Eileen Moore, marketing director for Providence Point, said the planned apartment tower on the community's campus is nearly 40 percent leased, and construction will begin once Providence Point has presold at least 70 percent of its units.
