It's April 1st, but I assure you, this is not a joke! We are starting a barista training class here at the shop! Our class this weekend is getting close to full, so if you're interested, check out the flyer for more info and call us to reserve your spot. This is our first of many barista training classes planned, and we've got one of the best teachers in town, Giuseppe Prinzivalli of Mimmo Espresso! The class is geared towards people of all skill levels, and we will have a variety of machines and grinders for students to try out. The class will teach you to pull fantastic espresso shots and how to steam legendary milk for your drinks at home, or wherever your coffee adventure leads you!
