So today I'm facing the fact that my babies are turning one in a few days. WHAT?? Where did the time go? It still seems like yesterday we were so happy to bring them home for the first time. First Jordan and the next day Jayden, due to their extended stay at the Newborn ICU (NICU). Has it really been a year?Yes.Routines have gone from complicated to simpler to complicated again and then in between. They are now becoming their own little people and making a whole lotta noise while doing it!They're healthy strong and each have two teeth! lol Needless to say, we are indeed thankful and very happy.But really though, this makes me think... 365 days have gone by in what felt more like 6 months! Time is flying and what are we doing with it?Yes that's a pretty general question so let me simplify it a bit:Are you doing the things you need to be doing to make your life count? or are you getting caught up in someone else's agenda?Are you missing opportunities with those you love because other things are taking your attention?Are you taking care of your mind, body and soul?Are you really living?I'll let you answer these questions as I also do my own personal reflecting.We all must remember that time is a precious commodity we can't afford to waist.
