Quantifying my life has changed it for good. I've been overweight for most of my adult life (and teenage), and now I've managed to turn it around in a short 6 months. Not only am I feeling at my peak when other people are fearing the "nearing 30 syndrome", but I have much more trust in my day-to-day decisions.
