Primitive Logic: Logic20/20 acquires Primitive Logic to expand tech consulting business in California

Logic20/20, a Seattle based tech consulting firm, has acquired fellow consultancy Primitive Logic to expand its California footprint. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Logic20/20 said it represents the biggest acquisition in the company's 15-year history. Primitive Logic has offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and it specializes in data privacy, mergers and acquisitions and digital transformation.
