Primary Integration: Rotunda Capital sells Primary Integration Solutions

Rotunda Capital Partners has sold Primary Integration Solutions Inc to Bureau Veritas. No financial terms were disclosed. Lincoln International LLC served as financial adviser to PI and Rotunda Capital on the deal. PI is a provider of commissioning and operational consulting services for data centers and other mission critical environments.
